Melisa is the clinical anchor of PULS. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice with full practice authority in Idaho, she sets the formulary, oversees every treatment plan, and performs aesthetic injectables herself.

Josh brings the calm, methodical hands of a working paramedic to every visit. He runs field operations and teaches the emergency-education courses, delivering care under the DNP's clinical delegation.
