Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the PULS website and your requests for our services. By using the site, creating an account, or requesting services, you agree to them.

1. About PULS
PULS provides mobile IV hydration & wellness, aesthetic injectables, and emergency education in Pocatello and Southeast Idaho. The website lets you learn about our services and request a visit or information.
2. Not medical advice
Content on this website is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. It does not create a provider–patient relationship.
All treatments require an in-person consultation and a provider eligibility review. Our medical director determines clinical appropriateness, and services may be declined when not appropriate.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to request services or submit information through this site.
4. Inquiries & bookings
- Submitting the contact form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We'll follow up to confirm details and availability.
- Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you.
- Please do not include health or medical information in website forms.
5. Accounts, intake & consent
To book IV therapy or aesthetic injectables, you create an account and complete an intake — including your medical history and the required consents — through our HIPAA-compliant forms partner. Your account and health information are handled by that partner under a signed Business Associate Agreement, not stored on this website.
By creating an account and starting intake, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. During intake you will also review and electronically sign the specific consents required for care, including acknowledgment of our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Every new client's intake is reviewed by our medical director before a first visit is confirmed. We may decline or modify services when they are not clinically appropriate. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for the security of your account credentials.
6. Pricing
Prices shown are estimates and may change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of consultation or service. Promotions may have additional conditions and can't be combined unless stated.
7. Our formulary
Our menu is a focused, clinician-curated selection of hydration, vitamin, and wellness therapies made with pharmacy-grade, U.S.-sourced ingredients. It does not include controlled substances or weight-loss medications, and every offering reflects our medical director's clinical judgment and our commitment to clean, safe care.
8. Intellectual property
The PULS name, logo, content, and design are owned by PULS and may not be used without permission.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The website is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PULS is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the 'last updated' date reflects the latest version. Questions? Email pulsbusinessllc@gmail.com.
